Alexander is a cool guy who suffers from chest pain, so he visits Dr. Rodriguez. After a brief checkup, the doctor decides to administer a cardioversion, but Alexander flatlines.
During the CPR effort, which involves numerous chest compressions, defibrillator shocks, and adrenaline shots, Alexander briefly regains consciousness a couple of times, but he is eventually declared dead.
