ALIEN HR Management Tool Developed Local Hosting

The project "Alien-HR" addresses the prevalent challenge of manual and time-consuming candidate selection in HR processes. The main objective is to streamline the hiring process by leveraging a Language Model (LLM) based HR assisting system. This system automates the evaluation of resumes and CVs, matching them with job descriptions to objectively shortlist the most suitable candidates based on their skills and qualifications. The proposed methodology encompasses several key steps: processing resumes for text extraction, inputting job descriptions, employing natural language processing techniques for text analysis, skill matching using cosine similarity, candidate selection based on similarity scores, automated email notifications to selected candidates, and even generating tailored interview questions using advanced LLMs. The solution also integrates custom modules, like "Sorter" for candidate score sorting and "ReSAn" for resume analysis and interview question generation, utilizing a range of libraries including Streamlit, Base64, CSV, NLTK, Scikit-learn, FuzzyWuzzy, ReportLab, and OpenAI API. The comprehensive scope of the solution encompasses resume analysis, job description matching, candidate selection, email notifications, interview question generation, and interview scheduling, aiming to enhance efficiency and accuracy in candidate assessment while optimizing HR operations.
