It's useful for pre making an effect that you might not wanna spend time remaking again e.g lens flare, light sweep, text effects e.t.c ▶Lag Reduction:- When editing, experiencing lag is a practical a norm due to the amount of effects that are being used and activated in a project some of those effects are heavy on your device ( depending on your mobile ) e.g BLURS, WARS. Motion blur is a very heavy effect which contributes to lag and so does warp ( circular ripple, turbulent Displacement, Fractal warp ) after adding some of these to a layer plus shakes and all it is bound for you project/Alight Motion/phone to be laggy. Deactivating those effects by clicking the eye 👁️ icon after editing it to your preference will help reduce lag as you proceed with other things in the layer or project and you can reactivate them whenever you wanna export the project Composition Tips ▶ ▶Color tone/color grading:- This helps with blending a layer or character or "subject" to the overall bg or look of the the frame being displayed and it helps with giving and producing a clean composition ▶Greenedge removal:- To do this you'll need the unmasked clip or frame of the masked one, After keying out the green bg as much as you can without it affecting the subject you masked, ass the raw clip then use the keyed out masked clip to mask the raw clip ( In Alight Motion :- Blending & Opacity - mask - mask ) then you'll group it, this will mask the raw clip and give you a clean mask for comps or effects, and it is very useful whenever the comp is done with the original bg.
