This video will cover the process we use to get paid from Allied. We have the payment information in our e-mail; the payment information will also be inside our TowBook account. Once we have that information, we will ensure that all the numbers match up in TowBook and our e-mail from Allied.
After that, we'll simply take our information over to Square, enter the appropriate information, and charge the payment. One important thing to note is that in the notes section when we're processing the payment on Square, we will always type in “Allied PO#” and then paste in the PO number from either the e-mail or TowBook.
