My friend and co-worker, Allison, asked if I'd make her a copy of a small table that belonged to her neighbor. She'd admired the size and simplicy of the table for some time and wanted one of her own. In the ended I wound up making three. I used the opportunity to use a different method of construction on each of the tables. One was put together with pocket screws, another with loose tenons and the third with traditional mortise and tenon. Made out of hard maple these tables should last for a long, long time. I'm sure Allison will get many years of great service from these small tables. Comments are always welcome. Thanks for watching! I use a preconditioner on any blotch prone woods. I like this product from Charles Neil but I'm sure there are others that work just as well. http://charlesneilwoodworking.3dcartstores.com/Charles-Neils-Pre-Color-Conditioner--Blotch-Control_p_47.html Music from the YouTube Audio library: Long Stroll by Kevin MacLeod is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) Source: http://incompetech.com/music/royalty-free/index.html?isrc=USUAN1100174 Artist: http://incompetech.com/
