AllSky Camera using the ASI676MC camera and RaspberryPi 4

Eventually got round to doing my AllSky camera build. Decided on using the ASI676MC camera, but this turned out to be not supported on the current AllSky software. After a few attempts and pulling down the development build of the AllSky software to get the latest ZWO library, eventually got it all working.
