A straight forward dribble, without any craziness whatsoever, alternating left and right in different tempo variations.
If you have this one under your belt already, I`m sure you're enjoying the heck out of it and all the power to you.
For those with a fresh appetite, or struggling with it, the emphasis is on tapping the heel of the front skate, while having most body weight in the front as well. The triple variation touches the bilateral aspect of getting down with this drill.
Adjusting the upper body (leaning a little back or forth, while keeping the hip thrusted forward), will make you move from your spot either forwards or backwards, so you can actually take this dribble for a strut!
Although this dribble is often used as a preset for other techniques and riffs following, it's a great workout as an isolation drill and an easy groove catcher!
