Chicken Strips
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1/2 to 1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic or other seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Optional ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder and onion powder
1 teaspoon hot sauce
