He spent the majority of his career managing in house operations in some of Manhattan’s largest hotels. He was the Northeast Regional Director for Encore prior to PSAV acquiring them. During that time he was responsible for 22 hotels in 7 states, 21 direct reports, 144 total employees and over 37 million dollars in annual revenue. He has broken sales, employee satisfaction & customer satisfaction records throughout his career.
