In this video, AMADA Laser Application Engineer walks us through cutting jobs but this time using 3/4-inch material, cut at a rate of 35 inches per minute. We also get a functional, in-motion look at the shuttle table that sends in material and sends out blanks and skeletons. We review the 3/4-inch part, plus an 18-gauge piece with cutouts that can be separated by hand, plus a 1/4-inch mild steel part that takes advantage of nitrogen to produce a very smooth cut, with the expected payback downstream in the part process.
