Amazon DSP Fleet Introduction

Fleet Management is not complicated. It boils down to task managment. Specifically, it comes down to a human looking at the vehicle issues drivers report, and creating actionable tasks from those reports. I will be publishing many fleet videos. Additionally, when inspecting vehicles in the morning, or evening, the problems must be converted into tasks. Sounds easy. It actually is not easy. Night time dispatchers, and morning fleet prersonnel combined need to ensure these tasks are entered into a task manager, and that these vehicles are fixed or grounded (and a rental van rented to replace them) prior to the standup briefing and load out. Anything less than that is unexpectable.
