In this video we discuss and demonstrate how to being to prioritize vehicle issues represented as tasks in the task manager. It's important to not that Asana as a task manager is very customizeable, and not limited to what most fleet task management software applications offer. This customization allows for precise prioritization of tasks based on what is most important and what vehicles issues needs to be prioritized based on a number of factors to consider. This may include day of the week, vendor work schedule, FMC scheduling volume, estimated time in commission ETIC, and many more factors which warrant the use of dedicated task management with prioritization established with clear instructions.
