Hello again!
I made this quick video to test my new purchase, the Marantz SD-62 3 head cassette recorder.
I've been creating some drones in the Digitone (lovely drone machine imo) and a quick arpeggio.
I've then send the output to the Marantz, that is recording directly on the cassette. I've then taken the monitor out of the Marantz and recorded directly on my Tascam 12
Marantz provide a crazy saturation and texture, recording everything pretty hot.
It is not really compact though....
Mastered only with a touch of compression and limiter.
