A demonstration of an automated IND Station. This machine is designed to GO verify two parts: M12 Plugs and M10 Machine Screws.
VIND15
This IND is tooled to "GO" verify M10 Machine Screws.
A vibratory feeder supplies the IND.
Parts are indexed to the verification position.
The indexing wheel and fixturing are designed to allow changeover in under 5 minutes.
The red part has damaged threads.
The red part fails the "GO" test and a second attempt is made.
Good parts are discharged into a good parts chute.
Reject parts are ejected into a reject parts chute.
