Jegan Ragavan, Global Product Head, presented to Vinnie Mirchandani of Deal Architect an overview and brief demo of their IoT offering. It has been in beta development for a couple of years and provides a glimpse of Zoho's focus on operational areas, particularly in asset intensive sectors and opens up a broader range of CRM capabilities for field service, product configurators and other industrial applications.
