There is no commonly recognized term called "anchor turning circle." Instead, the relevant concepts are "turning circle" and "swinging circle,". Let me clarify the difference between "turning circle" and "swinging circle" : the "swinging circle" is related to a ship's movement while anchored, where it swings around the anchor point due to external forces which I have been discussed in my video of how to compute the swinging circle not the turning circle. The "turning circle" is unrelated to anchoring and refers to the space required for a ship to execute a full turn under power while underway. I apologize for any confusion in my video, and I hope this clarifies the concepts.
