What to say about this wheel? Andy Anderson is doing something interesting with his nano cubics, I am not sure if I buy into the hype or not. I really liked the urethane formula, the 97a was soft enough to feel good but not so soft the wheel chunked out (looking at you dragon wheels). It slid really well, sometimes it was sticky depending on the obstacle, worked great on curbs metal was a tiny bit of a stick. Overall I enjoyed the wheels, I am yet to be sold on Andy’s shortcut gear like the boards or this wheel for that matter. A wheel at its core should last at least 2 months for me and slide well when needed, these did that. I don’t do much primo at all so the shape was lost on me a bit. Overall if you are a fan or a beginner this is a great wheel for you but for me, I like a skinnier wheel that performs well for flat ground tricks and slappies.
