Several months ago I began to feel sparks towards a man who also showed signs of affection towards me, but I was already married and he was in an open relationship with his girlfriend. I backed away not wanting to betray my marriage and he slowly began to fade. However I felt a strong pull to find him again and unable to silence the voice inside me I sought him out. Before we knew it love blossomed between us and I came to recognise my marriage had already collapsed 20 years ago, but I had been clinging onto false hopes of it ever repairing and been trapped into a spiralling pit of depression and solitude ever since.
