Animated Water Ripples in Adobe Animate! (FULL TUTORIAL)

Animated water ripples are pretty cool, but they’re even cooler when they’re made completely in Adobe Animate. In this first ever animation tutorial on my channel, I’ll show you guys how to set up the full effect and even give you guys ideas on how to customize it and add in your own creative touches!
