In this tutorial, we learn how to make an animated loading or progress bar, something that can simulate the passing of time, help emphasize an animated UI, or make a great element to your next livestream. Loading bars are super easy to animate as they only contain two layers and a mask but this requires us to learn how to animate masks and apply a new effect called CC Light Sweep to add dimension.
