Improving at art isn't always easy. Everyone grows at their own pace, and when comparing your art to someone else's (something you shouldn't do but is inevitable for most lol), you can develop negativity and art block real quick. I think it's important to understand that EVERYONE was once a beginner and EVERYONE has room for improvement. If you enjoy what you do, keep at it! Watching your skills grow is a beautiful thing.
Doing this meme and looking back on some of the old art I made has made me realize how far I've come and how far I'll continue to grow. It's nice!
