Ant 007 Command Box Move

There has been some noticable lag on the server, so I undertake the major task of moving the Command Box away from player spawn. This involves changing server setup, building a new command box, moving modules, arranging for players to be teleported to player spawn, dealing with slimes, and removing the old command box.
