This video is about the battles no one sees. Outer wounds are easier to understand, they have shape, they can be named. But anxiety lives deeper than that. It narrows the world, distorts the air around you, and turns silence into pressure. I wanted to give that invisible pain a body and a landscape, to show what it feels like when the struggle is not against the world, but within yourself.
