The structure of the model consists of 10 Blocks. The blocks source and sink are the start and end of the system. After source we have three blocks that are assigned to assembly and likewise for packing. These three blocks are called seize, delay and release. This structure makes sure that new shipments can enter operation when the capacity of assemblers and packers is idle.
