It allows you to send, receive, and store information with full privacy and ownership over what you create. So, every space, object, etc., is stored in your Vault. Space: In your Vault, you can create up to 50 spaces for different purposes. Unlike your Vault, each space can have different access rights, so you can decide who you want to share each space with. Essentially, it is the place where you find all the stuff on which you worked in that specific space. Object: Everything is an object in Anytype. Whether it is a page, note, book, image, they qualify as objects. Block: Your object is made up of different types of blocks to organize your information, and the place where all of these Blocks live together is called the Canvas. Anytype's block-based editor works very similarly to that of blogging sites or website builders. Object types: Anytype uses object types to categorize these objects. You can create new objects, but there are some default object types, too. Remember, every object has a type, and you must define the type when creating an object. Relation: The relations are used to define the characteristics of a certain object. Link: With a link, you can create a connection between your objects that will be showed in the Graph view. Graph: The Graph view visually shows how each object is connected. Queries: They are a way to see a portion of your graph, and objects you've created, based on your filtered criteria, and several secondary filters which you can customize. You can think of them as a live filter or query for objects which share certain criteria - specifically, a type or a property. Collection: A collection is like a folder. Compared to a queries, it is static, so the objects here will only change if you put in or remove something. 🔥 Favorite productivity tools Fellow➡️ https://fellow.cello.so/AhqKNKs6vR9 Sanebox➡️ https://try.sanebox.com/thebusinessdive Rize ➡️https://rize.io/?via=aron (use the code of THEBUSINESSDIVE to get 25% off on all payments within the first 3 months) Xtiles➡️ https://xtiles.app/en?fp_ref=thebusinessdive Reclaim AI ➡️ https://go.reclaim.ai/thebusinessdive 📚 Browse our Apps directory to see every tool we’ve tested, reviewed, and compared ➡️ https://thebusinessdive.com/apps 📱 Follow TheBusinessDive for daily updates about the best productivity apps: ⚡ TikTok → https://www.tiktok.com/@thebusinessdive 📸 Instagram → https://www.instagram.com/thebusinessdive_/ 📧 For questions, reach out to me at [email protected]. 🔔 If you find this video helpful, make sure to subscribe to Thebusinessdive for more insightful content on productivity tools and tips.
