The Safe Flight SCc® System is an accurate and
reliable wing lift measuring and display system
designed as a pilot aid to help achieve consistent
and repeatable takeoff, climb, cruise and landing
approach performance based on AoA. The system
provides the pilot with AoA-based guidance for a
variety of high-lift operational conditions including:
Normal and Short-field Takeoff, Best Angle (Vx) and
Best Rate (Vy) of Climb, wind-compensation for
Long Range Cruise (LRC) and Normal and Shortfield
Landing approach. The system consists of a
wing-mounted leading edge Lift Transducer and the
SCc® Indexer Computer.
