The APIT SHELL I-5 is a highly efficient machine designed to separate the outer husk from paddy, producing high-quality brown rice. It is equipped with a husk separator at the base that effectively removes husk and dust particles from the brown rice. How it Works Note: SOMO indicates Single Motor Variant. 1. Automated Input Control: The paddy is automatically fed into the machine via the hopper. Upon detection of the paddy, the vibrator is activated, and the inlet door opens for seamless paddy flow. 2. Rubber Roller Operation: Once the paddy is detected, the movable shaft, equipped with the rubber roller, moves towards the fixed roller to initiate the hulling process. 3. Paddy Hulling: The rubber rollers rotate in opposite directions at differential speeds, generating the necessary shearing force for efficient paddy hulling. 4. Husk Separation: The APIT SHELL I-5 is equipped with an integrated husk separator that effectively removes husk and dust from the brown rice, ensuring high-quality output.
