April hot fix

#Yanfly #indiegame #rpg Join me as I quickly fix some minor bugs I found during the last playtest. - Sapping Mist can no longer crit and deals significantly less damage. - Hungering Spirits had their agility slightly reduced. - Several instant skills were not working and have been fixed. - bThe undead mage fight had a bug that made him immune to damage, this has been fixed. - The scavenge skills have been tweaked and fixed.
