APT Simulation With Sky Simulator - How I Use It

Astro Photography Tool - A Deeper Dive APT Simulation - My Current Setup A follow up to my previous video about using APT with Sky Simulator for ASCOM & Alpaca. While I do use most of the features of Sky Simulator there are a couple of things I do differently. Firstly, I have been having a few different issues with the internal mount. Han has been working to try & work out the issues but for me, it currently makes the mount unuseable. So I select a different simulated mount. I go through getting this to work with Sky Simulator & APT. Note that Han has released another update (v3.0.4c) that actually solves the issue I mention in this video, but introduces other issues for me. The second one is the guide camera simulator I use with PHD2. There is nothing wrong with using the guide camera driver provided by Sky Simulator, it works fine. But it uses the same settings as the "main" camera & I don't feel it represents a real guide camera well enough. Additionally, PHD2 is made to work directly the camera I do use, having settings for the camera built into PHD2. So I take you through this camera setup as well.
