I took an opportunity when my dumbbells were beginning to age and becoming unusable to use, so I designed a workout using the dumbbell ends. Therefore Dumbbell Disks were created and I wanted to share with you. (1 Dumbbell will be 2 disks for 2 people)
You can also adapt this workout to use a singular AquaSphere dumbbell
