Guest speaker Fanis Anastasiadis is a qualified Architect based in London and has been using ARCHICAD, Cinerender and Twinmotion as his design and presentation tools of choice.
In this online ‘lunch and learn’ session, Fanis will be presenting a challenging project he designed in Islington whilst working at Scenario Architecture, a studio focused on delivering high quality homes. The project had to take into account the small site squeezed between existing buildings in a conservation area.
Convincing the planners and client with such an ambitious design was an extra challenge too. However, the 3D model and associated documentation demonstrated his design intent and lighting study data, providing the client, and planners, with the certainty they needed.
The final design helped the studio showcase the project in the best way possible by being shortlisted for the NLA awards.
