While the Magnepan MG-3.6R's are down for a rebuild, I need something to replace them in the meantime. I love my KG4's, but I've known for awhile they truly benefit from being raised up a little. Normally I would do this with old milk crates, but those aren't very aesthetically pleasing as a stand. I had it in my head that I'd make some DIY stands someday, but when I saw these were only $85, I thought why not try them out? I'm pretty happy with the end result.
