Last July 10, 2025. DOST-ITDI launched a new facility of FoodtrIP truck. The Mobile Modular Processing Facility Aseptic Module is equipped with a compact and complete aseptic processing and packaging system designed for the aseptic processing and packaging of both non-viscous and viscous liquid food products such as juices, purees, dairy beverages, and sauces. It supports a throughput of 100 to 200 liters per hour and offers both Ultra High Temperature (UHT) sterilization and High Temperature Short Time (HTST) pasteurization. This system ensures safe, shelf-stable packaging without refrigeration, making it ideal for small to mid-scale food processing applications.
