Ashes & Open Road Written & Created by LARRY MAC Sometimes, it all starts "old school." I grabbed my guitar and a notepad. My active imagination taps into the Universe, which has many stories to tell. Admittedly, country music isn’t my strong suit, but sometimes the story determines the genre—and this story needed to be told through country. Structurally, the lyrics presented a challenge.
