ASMR is a whole THING. The idea is certain sounds help you relax, give you a tingling sensation, it even helps some people sleep. It made me wonder... what sounds make each enneagram type tingle? Of course, I'm NO expert in this - and it's (per usual) a comical take on ASMR... but here are my suggestions for best sounds by enneagram type.
