Assemblage 23: Purgatory (1998). Yes this is the first version of Purgatory before the 1999 version in the Contempt Album (1999). Technically it is the original version before the 1999 version, however it didn't make the cut into the final stages. Instead it was found to be rare and can only be found in Remixes & Rarities.
