This is an example of a simple break even cost analysis. In the real world, we'd incorporate management salary and sales commission into the break even analysis by playing with the numbers but we'll keep it simple for this project and only use the fixed costs. That's the limitation of the Break Even Point: the formula is only accurate if you're only factoring in fixed costs.
