ASTERIA SMP STREAM 7 (Part 2)
aSTEria is a Minecraft SMP server hosted by a close friend of mine. Most of the players who are invited in aSTEria are my schoolmates while the others were students from nearby schools. My idea for my lore: His name is WorthlessMe007. It sounds self-degrading. But the truth is… it’s not a name he chose. Instead, it’s a label. Origin Before Asteria, he was from somewhere else. Not a normal world, rather something more structured, controlled, almost artificial. And in that place, entities weren’t born. They were created, tested, and evaluated. Each one had a purpose: optimize systems, build efficient structures, and to refine logic. And each one was assigned a designation. He was the seventh attempt. Me-007. But why “Worthless”? Well that's because he failed. Not because he was weak, but because he didn’t meet the expectations. He didn’t just optimize systems. He started questioning them. He asked questions like "Why must everything be efficient?" "Why remove imperfection?" or "Why does everything have to follow strict logic?" To that system, questioning = inefficiency. So he was marked: “Worthless.” Not deleted, but just discarded. How he ended up in Asteria He wasn’t meant to survive. But something went wrong during deletion. Instead of being erased, he was thrown somewhere unstable, a world that didn’t follow strict rules. Asteria, a place of: randomness, imperfection, and unpredictability Everything he was punished for… exists naturally here. [Asteria Log — WorthlessMe007] Cycle: 2-3 Most of Cycle 2 was spent expanding the future base. Diorite and birch materials were gathered and used to extend the structure, though it remains incomplete. He later traveled to spawn and observed several developments, including a public villager trading hub where a small exchange was performed. He didn't earn much, and the location was marked for future use. A jousting arena was also present, with a scheduled match between “Bobbybobbydoo” and “Dangerpoly.” Both individuals were encountered alongside others at spawn, including “IamUnfixable,” who was identified as the Emperor of the Argon Empire. The area appears to function as the central hub of Asteria. He returned briefly to construction before redirecting his focus towards mining. He initially hesitated, with multiple back-and-forth journeys. Realizing he had 3 stored diamonds, he crafted a diamond pickaxe and applied the previously acquired Fortune III and Mending enchantments through an anvil. The tool was named “Continuation,” likely due to its ability to sustain use without degradation and maintain progress across cycles. He revisited the trading hub and gathered wood to convert into sticks for emerald exchange, though the results remained limited. A nearby string duplication mechanism was located, accidentally disrupted, and then restored. This method proved significantly more efficient, allowing rapid accumulation of emeralds. Resources were exchanged for golden carrots, ender pearls, arrows, and a bow. With improved equipment, he proceeded to mine beneath the deepslate layers. Hostile encounters were managed successfully. The session rewarded multiple diamonds, which were used to craft tools and armor. Status: stabilized Progress: increasing Nothing much left to say, enjoy the gameplay!
