We have been waiting for this day for over 3 years now. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the new rule making order which effectively eliminates this rule. While many of the other rules that ATF will be publishing in the coming days, this rule effectively kills the previous rule. In reality, since this rule had never truly been implemented as every court that ever got their hands on it had enjoined its enforcement, this rule brings about the finality that this rule deserves.
