Atlassian U JIRA courseware usability issues

Taking JIRA course to get attaboys from my employer. I've gone thru the entire first JIRA course and thought I saved everything, but it claims I have completed 0 modules. When I open a chapter, it just runs the last slide, which I've already seen and done. So it saved the fact that I completed all the informational slides and exams, but not the final ones. This happened for all chapters. See my next video where I cannot complete a course, for reasons unknown to me. Also, I was expecting Atlassian would provide a free JIRA account when it asked me to create a free Atlassian account. Apparently, that's just a login account to take courses with and does not provide you with access to the their tools.
