Just like Cyborg Superman and Silver Swan, the other DC villains I've done so far, Atrocitus is a villain with a tragic backstory that caused him to be fueled with hatred. His motivations and reasons for what he does are so compelling that I can almost perfectly understand why he became an evil monster. He's also another villain that I find to be extremely overlooked, the only people who really seem to appreciate his character are Green Lantern fans. It's truly a shame especially considering how awesome he was in Green Lantern TAS. I personally think he's probably the best comic book villain created in the 21st century (it's either him or Mr. Negative for me). Here's hoping he, along with Cyborg Superman and Silver Swan, get some more attention in the future.
