Curious about attachment styles? In this video we are talking through the Strange Situation Experiment and what behaviors we see in kiddos. The Strange Situation was originally conceived and conducted by Mary Ainsworth, and followed through by many others. Terrific way of understanding JUST HOW YOUNG we are when we develop our relationship templates! This is a fundamental psychological principle that we should all know about ourselves (and attend to it if it needs some improvement - but just understanding it is enough for many people!) because it impacts ALL relationships - the relationship with your love partner, your kiddos, your friends and yourself! ** note the mistake I made in the explainer - I can rerecord it if y'all want me to!
