August 8th, 2023: 5pm Gi All Levels Class
We covered escaping from bottom half chest to chest into single leg x (Ashi Garami) and we tied in attacks with the previous lessons we have been working on. When teaching an all levels class, we start with the most basic moves and try to build complexity as the class progresses so both lower belts and higher belts can have good takeaways.
