It's easy enough to tell which but a lot of my music is more improv than composition even though it is still composed. Doing something improvised with music makes you take time to sit with yourself and follow where the sounds lead you but everything that comes out remains orderly and whole because that's what sequenced music is like. This ends up feeling like it reformats your head as you go.
