August Plan with me- Apothecary theme

Hi everyone! Welcome or welcome back to my channel. August video is a tad different. I noticed the past couple of months I am waking up later and tired in the morning. I'm going to sleep really late and, on the phone, just doom scrolling. In order to get out of this current cycle, I decided to add a routines page. I will be writing my ideal routine for the morning and nighttime. I have also added a tracker to track my progress with these new routines. Hopefully this new set up helps me get back in the game.
