Rajashree Automation is glad to present you our new Bearing Inner Ring Inspection Machine. It is used to check various parameters like ID, OD, Taper ID at Specified point, Width and it's Parallelism, Runout of OD and ID. We have used the Conveyor system for smooth feeding of jobs. We have rejection chute for collecting rejected parts. OK Jobs are collected separately. SPC software is given for analysis of Cages such as Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk, etc. Live Run Chart is also seen directly on the screen of Monitor.
