Label Inspection Machine With Slitting Option
This machine will do QC check for Printed Label from Roll to Roll, it has an option for Slitting. We have this machine for 320mm, 450mm,650mm Paper Width.
It works on Servo Based Control with Full touch HMI Screen.
Also we have an Wider Full touch Display for QC Check Inspection.

1. Our System has both Image based Checking & Line based Checking.
2. We have option for Masking (Which helps in selecting an Region out of QC Check).
3. We have storage system for each job. So we can get statics of Each Job.
4. We have 3 Mode of QC Check (Low Range, Medium Range & High Precision Range).
5. We Offer 3" Air shaft for Unwinding and 1",1.5" & 3" Air shaft for Rewinding.
6. We also offer Rotary Blade & Normal Blade set up for Slitting.
