This video tutorial explains how to set up a fluid simulation using Autodesk CFD, which stands for Computational Fluid Dynamics.
We export our glider geometry from Fusion to CFD, create an external volume, set materials, and set boundary conditions.
We then use various analysis tools to test the viability of our aerofoil under real conditions. Aerofoils that we can reasonably assess as able to function in a real-world test will be fabricated from extruded polystyrene using the CNC mill.
