Our Automatic Lidder accelerates the placing & sealing of plastic and metal lids on containers ranging from 1/2 pint to one gallon. Filled containers are placed on a single-lane conveyor, heading to the automatic lid dispenser. Individual lids are discharged from a gravity infeed and loosely placed on the containers, then continue through a set of starwheels to align the lids correctly before passing under the closer.
Our automatic lidding machine is ideal for cups, deli-tubs, or buckets with metal or plastic lids, it increases productivity and reduces labor costs.
