This very compact system comprises of a set of 6 Magazines for loading the 3 loose parts to be welded, a Dual Welding station, Pick & Place system & welded job discharge system.
Special Features of this system
1. In the set of Magazines, 1000 sets of Loose components can be loaded, which will cover around half day's production.
2. There is also a liquid dispenser, which automatically drops the required amount of liquid in the cavity, before welding.
3. The Pick & Place system picks up simultaneously the 2 sets of 3 loose parts each from the 3 magazines & drop them one after another sequentially on the Welding system
4. The 2 welding torches weld the 3 loose parts each to make the TWO
finished components at a time.
5. The discharge system, picks up the completed 2 components & drops in the chute, which brings the component outside the machine. If there is a welding defect due to power failure etc, then the discharge system picks up the defective components & drop them in the Rejection chute.
6. The entire machine is totally automatic.
